Meet some of your safeaid team
Roger Bowen

Roger is a qualified consultant engineer and identified a gap in the market for Safety products as a result of the Health & Safety at Work Act in 1976. That same year he started Safeaid with his wife Jill. Now responsible for Financial Management he keeps a close eye on the key numbers and ensures the business remains stable and fit for the future. Outside of work he keeps busy with his 7 grandchildren and loves to escape to the garden whenever possible.

Richard Bowen

Richard is our Sales Director with responsibility for overseeing Sales, Marketing & Customer services. Richard joined Safeaid in 1997 and has covered all areas of the business since then. Accomplished, resourceful, inventive and with ambitious goals for the Company, himself and his people. Outside of work he enjoys getting away from it all in the countryside with his wife and two young children.

Kate Woodcock

Kate is our Business Development specialist and with 11 years' Safeaid service under her belt has seen many changes in the past decade. Beginning her career in Customer services and with a thorough knowledge of the business, Kate transferred to Business Development four years ago. A dedicated team player with an infectious sense of humour, Kate's passions outside of work are keeping fit and orchestral music.

Barry Taylor

Barry takes a leading role within the Purchasing, New Product Development & Operations departments. Highly organised, steadfast and passionate about getting it right, first time, every time. Barry was a key player in the design, research and installation of our order processing system which was installed in 2012 and our new pick and pack warehouse in 2015.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, freely gives of his time to worthwhile causes and likes to practice his DIY skills.

Bryony Ware

Bryony is our Customer Services Executive and provides a professional and friendly service to our customers on a daily basis. Her unruffled nature and soothing tones are perfectly suited to a hectic and demanding role. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and practicing her culinary skills.

Roy Stone

An experienced Business Development Manager with 11 years Safeaid service, Roy spends most of his time visiting clients, new and existing. He is committed to the principles of Health & Safety and ensuring workers have the correct PPE to carry out the job they are undertaking. Ambitious, enterprising and quick witted. Outside of work he is a family man, blessed with two young sons.

Lee Gillham

An experienced Production manager, Lee joined the Safeaid team in 2016. Level headed, reliable and calm under pressure. A Father of 2 boys, happiest at the side of a football pitch when not at work.

Rhian Rouse

Rhian heads up our Marketing Dept. With 8 years B2B experience, she is creative, diligent efficient and fun. Outside of work, she is a Mother to two young girls who enjoys home renovating and fashion.

Jeremy Luker

Jeremy is our Technical Specialist. A qualified accountant; by nature precise and thorough he provides counsel to the business and customers on PPE and regulatory issues. He is a keen advocate and contributor to the education and consultation sectors on safety issues and PPE performance and compliance.

Chloe Woodcock

Chloe heads up our Customer Services department and in her 4 years of employment with Safeaid has always been passionate about providing outstanding service. Always calm under pressure and customer focused she provides professional support to our clients on a daily basis.

Jared Moggach

Jared is our Business Development Manager. Ambitious & resourceful, his goal is to make his customers lives simpler by adopting best practice combined with customer facing technology and product innovation. Interested in all things sports related!

Sharon Wilson

Sharon manages our accounts department with an iron hand and a ready smile. Highly efficient with a no nonsense attitude, she strives for excellence. Outside of work she enjoys diving, swimming, travelling and spending time with her family.
