Logoed Garments

Heat Transfer

  • Where logos are held in stock on behalf of the customer, delivery will be within 2 working days from date of order.
  • Lead times for non-stock products with stock logos will be quoted at time of order.

Embroidered Garments

  • Where embroidery designs are held in stock on behalf of the customer, delivery will be within 2 working days from date of order.
  • If the number of embroideries on an order is 200 and over, lead times will be quoted at time of order.
  • Lead time for non-stock products where logo design is held in stock will be quoted at time of order.

In all instances parcels are sent securely and tracked so we know the location of every item leaving our depot to arriving at your door. On rare occasions, parcels may take a little longer to arrive due to hazardous weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. We ask for your patience in these times and assure you we will endeavour to get your items to you as soon as possible.

Shortages / Delivery Errors

Any shortages or discrepancies must be notified within 3 working days.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine goods for defects in materials and/or workmanship which are likely to cause damage or injury.
